T-shirt scarf

So its winter and I dont know about you but I tend to get super bored and tend to look for creative things to do. Well I found that destroying my husbands old T-shirts is a great creative out let since there are so many different things one can do to create a T-shirt scarf. And they are super soft, of course they have to made out of a cotton shirt because cotton curls easy.

Well here is an interesting post from the BBC about a breed of spider that also makes silk look out silk worm looks like your hunter is also looking to take over your work as well.
What is insane is the color of the silk is completely nature talk about organic! I know its odd new for the a tuesday but kind of cool what they do to the Spiders!

Karl Lagerfeld loves kitties!

So the Chanel god loves kitties! I find it so funny that such a might might fashion god like him self posted a pictures of his new baby kitten to  V Magazine this Sunday, a squiggity, fluffy ball whom is just a bit bigger then a stick of deodorant it's sitting next to. I know there isn't much fashionable from this post but I couldn't help me self and post something super cute. Also it show how a big mean fashion giant like Karl Lagerfeld loves kittens.

Birchbox brilliance!

hello lovely's,
So I got my order of Birchbox yesterday and in it was a Stila Eye liner Purple Tang. Normal I would never in a million year try purple eye liner....well I gave it a shot and actually loved it!  I loved how it really didn't snug when I touched my eyes, as well as how smooth it went on it seem like it was creamy and silky.  I even went back to the site and ordered a lion grey, its actually very dark in color. I guess I like my eyes super dark, I like to look like a raccoon just got out of a night club. One thing I love about this site is that item that were in your box for the month ship free if you would like to order another one or a full size of the item.

Ready for the 2012 color trends?

New year new trends, the new year looks pretty natural actually. Lots of soft oatmeal, browns, tans, and grays, neutral tones were often worn one on top of the other, for a layered mulch-dimensional effect. As well as soft pastels, nothing bright and bold this year. Which is not saying one can make this year a bright and bold year for you but while you are looking soft and natural.
